Solutions for Product Drop Issues

Background:

The customer just received the front splitter for the is250. He has had it installed for 2 days.Unfortunately it came flying off breaking in two pieces while he was driving the speed limit.
 


Solutions:

1.Ask the customer to provide pictures to show us.

2.If feedback about the product dropping is received within a week of receipt and it is evident from the photos that there has been no collision with hard objects, we will reship the product to the customer.

Results:

The custimer was satisfied.
