The first car was invented in 1885 by German engineer Karl Benz.

In 1879, German engineer Karl Benz successfully tested a two-stroke experimental engine for the first time.

On January 29, 1886, German engineer Karl Benz applied for a patent for his motor vehicle.

In November of the same year, Karl Benz's three-wheeled motor vehicle obtained a German patent (patent number: 37435a). This is recognized as the first modern car in the world.
