There are 2 kinds of return cases for NINTE order
If the return is caused by the consumer (non-defective return), consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. the specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
What kind of return can be recognized as non-defective return?
NINTE ship out right product as product link displayed, and customer want to return:
- Customer order wrong product for his car
- Customer don’t like the product on personal reason
Important notice for non-defective return
If customer received wrong product, Customer need to send email to email@example.com in 30 days of item delivered; Otherwise, no return & replacement/refund will be provided from NINTE.
If customer received damaged product, customer need to send emailto firstname.lastname@example.org in 72 Hours of item delivered. Otherwise, no return/replacement/refund will be provided from NINTE.
- Customer need to pay the return shipping fee, return label will not be provided and delivery on cash is not approved.
- Return item must be in original package box, the products need to be in unused & good condition(in the same condition that you received it). Customer need to send pictures of the shipping labels on package and the pictures of the product in full view to confirm the condition.
- Return address will be provided by NINTE after non-defective return authorized.
- There will be restocking fee (20% of the order's original purchase price) been deducted from the refund for non-defective return.
- If Ninte receive the return item in damaged condition, there will be 50% of the order amount been deducted from the refund, we highly recommend customer to purchase pacakge protect/insurance, we will provide damage pictures for customer to claim from the shipping service.
If the return is caused by NINTE , we will provide the return label/refund/exchange
What kind of return is due NINTE?
- NINTE sent wrong product which is different from product customer ordered, NINTE will provide return label and replacement/refundaccording to customers’ intention
- NINTE displayed wrong description on products which customer ordered, NINTE will provide return label and replacement/refundaccording to customers’ intention
- Customer received damaged product, NINTE will provide replacement or refundaccording to customers’ intention
Important notice for all Return/Refund Request
- Customer need to send email to email@example.com in 30 days of item delivered; Otherwise, no return & replacement/refund will be provided from NINTE.
- If customer received damaged product, customer need to send emailto firstname.lastname@example.org in 72 Hours of item delivered. Otherwise, no return/replacement/refund will be provided from NINTE.
- Customer need to feedback the product quality/defective issue once they received it in 72 Hours. If customer feedback the item issue after installation, this kind of request is not acceptable, Ninte won't provide return and refund on that order.
- Customer need to send pictures in emails, NINTE will recognize the return reason/confirm the issue（Please feedback the fitment issue with the required pictures/informations within 10 days after NINTE send you email to require that/tips NINTe suggestted, otherwise the return request will be closed on our end）
Email content include:
- Return Reason
- Detail information of your car and pictures of the car (for fitment issue confirmation)
- Pictures of the fitment issue area, and full test install (for fitment issue confirmation)
- Pictures of the front look and back view of the products in full view(product condition confirmation)
- Pictures of the all shipping labels in the package box
- Picture of damage area of the product (If damaged product received)
- Return package without authorization by NINTE is not acceptable, no replacement or refund will be provided for unauthorized return. Thank you for your understanding!
- Orders which is been shipped out and still in transit/shipment cannot be canceled, returned or refunded. Customer need to apply the return or refund after he receive the products.
How & When NINTE will issue Refund?
NINTE issue refund to customer account by original method of payment.
Ex. If customer paid by PayPal, NINTE will refund to original PayPal Account
Once the return package is received and inspected, refund will be processed by NINTE
- Return package confirmation usually take about 1-2 week after received. Customer can send email to NINTE if the refund status is not update for more than 2 weeks.
Once the damage issue is confirmed, refund will be processed by NINTE
- if you don’t received a refund after you receive the refund notification in a week, please check your bank account again firstly. Or contact your card company. It may takes some time before the refund is officially posted.If you’ve tried all contacts and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please note, if it's NINTE reason to cause a refund to customer, NINTE may provide return shipping label for product return, Or NINTE may ask buyers to destroy the product and require for that proof. Refund will be issued after return received / destroy proof confirmed. Thank you for your understanding!
If cancel reason is on NINTE, NINTE will provide full refund to customer
If cancel reason is on Customer and the order has not been fulfilled, there will be cancellation fee, it 5% of the order amount due transaction.
- Orders which have been shipped out cannot be canceled, please check if you need to apply the return
- Shipping Fee& Package Shipping Insurance Fee is not refundable.
If order cancelled by NINTE, we will provide full refund, refund can be only to original payment account which customer used to place the order.
If order cancelled before fulfilled on buyers' reason, NINTE will refund 95% of the order amount.(there is 5% cancellation fee been deducted )
If buyer want to get refund of the order after order has been shipped out, customer can refuse the delivery and let the shipping company return the package to us. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Please note: Shipping fee (if shipping service is provided) / Tips is not refundable.
